Returns & Exchanges
At Wellington Fragrance, we strive for complete satisfaction with your aromatic supplies; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and purity reasons, fragrance oils and essential oils must have their original tamper-evident seals intact to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles and liquids are securely cushioned to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our warehouse using a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once received, our quality control team will inspect the items for intact seals; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
